Ask in Teams, answer in the mesh, reply in Teams.

A message to the bot opens or continues an agent thread in the mesh, and the answer is delivered back proactively. Because the thread is an ordinary node, the same conversation is readable, searchable and shareable in the portal afterwards.

• The Bot Framework messaging endpoint.
• Inbound routing from a Teams conversation into an agent thread.
