The mesh can send mail — and receive it.

Outbound covers what the platform already needs to say: invitations, access grants, notifications. Inbound registers a Graph change-notification webhook and turns every delivered message into a thread an agent works — mail from someone you know lands in their own space, everything else on the shared inbox, where the agent can answer it or forward it to your team.

What ships

• IEmailSender over Graph /sendMail — the platform's system email.
• Inbound intake with the change-notification webhook.
• Mailbox tools for agents that triage or draft.
• Teams tools — the assistant reads your teams, channels and chats; posting is off unless the installation turns it on (Teams:AgentSend=Send).
• Mailings — one subject and body with placeholders, merged into a personal mail per recipient, previewed on a page of your own and sent from your own mailbox only after you press Send.
