A page inside a package now wears that package's mark

Most pages never choose an icon. A lesson inside a course, a game's rules page, a document inside a store package — all of them fell back to the same generic chrome: a grey document sheet, a grey box. Open three of them and the page headers were indistinguishable.

Those packages do have marks — a chess board for Chess, each course and each plugin its own — and the store's marks were drawn as bold, high-contrast squares precisely so they stay readable when they're small.

A page with no icon of its own now shows the mark of the package it lives in. A lesson under a course reads as that course; a page under Chess reads as Chess. Nothing else about the page changes.
