About and What's New open again

Choosing About or What's New from the profile menu — or clicking the version chip in the top bar to ask what build you are running — landed on a "Page not found" card. The pages were fine; every link to them pointed at an address the platform does not serve.

Those links now come from the settings page's own registered address rather than being spelled out by hand, so all of them open, and a future link cannot quietly point somewhere that does not exist.
